My SIL steered me to this site and the Easy Pumpkin Bread recipe was perfect for what I intended to make: Pumpkin Chocolate Golden Raisin bread. Because I have a Type 2 Diabetic in the house I had to use an appropriate sugar replacement but the bread turned out delicious. Rather than using milk chocolate I used 60% dark chocolate and that paired very well with the bread.
Making the same recipe with real sugar I ran out of sugar at the 2 cup point and substituted 2/3 cup dark brown sugar. I also added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon with the other spices. It tastes divine! Thank you KA!
