I tried your recipe and was hopeful that is would be good. The biscuits were heavy and while they tasted fine I was not happy with the results. I did put the biscuit dough in an 8 x 8 square pan as was suggested and the result was the biscuits were so tall that the inside did not cook all the way. I just do not think that using a biscuit cutter would be much different. Probably will not use this recipe again
