Hi - Each time I have tried baking biscuits in smaller quantities like two or 3, they look beautiful on the outside and rise well, but they are doughy in the center. I'm not using this particular recipe, but one for scones. I have tried different temperatures and times - including the one you suggested in this post. Can you give me some suggestions? I'm really at a loss for what to do.
