Bakewell cream is a gluten-free product, so theoretically, yes you can use it in a gluten-free biscuits recipe. However, the other leaveners would need to be adjusted so when you're ready to give this product a try, call our Bakers' Hotline at 855-371-2253 to discuss the other changes you would need to make.
