One more question - does the 8x8 inch pan fit a whole recipe or half? At one point in the blog you say that you are using half for circles and half for squares.
I do believe the 8" x 8" pan fits half the dough... but my memory may be faulty. Pat in half the dough, and if it's about 3/4" thick, you've got it. PJH
