I saw this recipe in the catalog which arrived in the mail yesterday and hope to try it soon. I have tried freezing biscuit dough in the past unsuccessfully. I did notice in the catalog that no temperature was given for baking the biscuits. I'm sorry for the confusion. The representation in the catalog is actually just a method and not a specific recipe, which is why you don't find ingredient measurements or a baking temperature. On the bottom of the page, you will see the reference to biscuit recipes online to which you can apply this method shown in the catalog. I hope this clarifies things. ~Amy
