Our pies are mostly written more to the American taste of a not-too-spicy pie, but you could try that "Smooth and Spicy Pumpkin Pie" recipe and either increase the spices by 50% or even go all the way to doubling them and then try using both dark brown sugar and dark corn syrup to see if that gets you any closer to your final goal.
