I got really excited when I saw the reference to the Canadian's love of extra spicy pumpkin pie. I searched all through the post for the recipe but only found Smooth and Spicy. I have all kinds of pumpkin pie recipes, but am still looking for that dark, heavily spiced pumpkin that sounds like what a Canadian would love. I've tried dark brown sugar, and increasing the spice, but still haven't found what I'm searching for. Every one I like, for you can't go wrong with pumpkin, but I am still searching for that elusive recipe. Can you help me?
