I'm interested in the freezing option for the filling - and surprised that it includes using both the eggs and milk in the mixture before freezing it. Is there any substantial difference in texture if this is done? Thanks for your help - Yes, you would freeze the filling after adding the milk and eggs. The texture will not be compromised by using this method. ~Amy
