I have another hint for learning to make super thin crust (besides the docking tip, previously posted, which I learned from a pizza restaurant). I started making two pies with one box of KAF Whole Wheat Pizza Crust Mix. The next time, I divided the dough into three pieces and tried to make pies the same size. The next time, I divided the dough into four equal pieces and really focused on covering the same surface area with a smaller amount of dough. After a few tries, I was able to make four super-thin crust pizzas from one box of mix!
