Looks fabulous. I love spinach and feta (or this time of year more likely chard and feta since chard is still available from the garden) and love a thin crust pizza. If I wanted to go whole wheat with this recipe would you recommend whole wheat pastry flour? White whole wheat flour? Maybe some whole spelt flour?
White whole wheat, whole wheat pastry, whole spelt... I think any would work. The ww pastry should be easiest to roll thin... PJH
