ok, I'm not generally a thin-crust pizza person, but I have discovered if you have a super thin crust, it actually highlights the ingredients immensely and is just a different pizza. Maybe we should call them flatbread pizzas? Well, I am drooling over the _pictures_ of your dough! :) (Good thing I don't have the actual dough; that would be really gross :) That looks amazing. Even the balled up dough looks so silky I could feel it sliding over my hands. wow. Looking forward to trying this next paycheck! thanks!!! btw, I have switched to only cast-iron pizzas since your post on that. they are amazing, finally bringing my pizza up to how I really like it. thanks!!
