This is my second time making this bread. I always have over ripened bananas, once they start getting spots I can’t eat them. I got tired of making banana quick bread. I decided to look and see if anyone had tried banana yeast bread. Yes. Thank you so much for this recipe. It kept me from making my own trial and errors. I love it. I usually make it on Saturday for Sunday French toast breakfast. Thanks again . Happy baking all!
