Hmmm, the Orange Sandwich Bread sounds good to me too as I have a husband who always left a lonely orange in the fruit bowl as well. Can you tell me where to find that recipe? Hmmm, I *think* it is a Beth Hensperber book. Let me take a look around at home and see if I can narrow it down. P.S. I really can't chide my hubby for eating so much fruit, he's lost just about 60#!
