I had some of my favorite pickle juice on hand and knew I could use it to make some rye bread. I was so excited to make my first loaf of rye in my Zojirushi BB-PDC20. It came out totally awesome. Since I live in Florida, I used the mid point amount with the water and it came out light and fluffy and browned up beautifully. We couldn’t be more pleased. Delicious!
