I love this recipe, great flavor, great texture. Perfect for sandwiches. But... I'm still having a bit of trouble getting the rise I'd like (I've read the notes about the issues in getting a full rise in a recipe like this). What I'm wondering is whether we should be concerned with the acidity of all that pickle juice creating problems with the yeast?
