While we haven't tried dill tea for ourselves, if it's reminiscent of the herb then you're welcome to brew a particularly strong batch and give it a try in your rye bread recipe. Another option is to make your own pickle juice by mixing 1 teaspoons dill seed, 1/2 cup cider vinegar, 1/2 cup water with red pepper flakes and salt, to taste. Let this mixture steep for a while before straining and using in your recipe. Both approaches should give you a more flavorful bread than if you used just water. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
