Just made it! Of course, I had a "small issue". Found every single spice you can imagine (fennel pollen? yeah.... za'tar? sure!) but NO caraway seeds! (sigh) the story of my life! anyway, my dough did not rise as much as yours, but the bread turned out great, smells terrific, I can hardly wait to cut through and devour, sorry... enjoy my first slice! :-)
