Oh, my.... I think I'll never be able to look at a pumpernickel flour bag at the grocery store without laughing uncontrollably.. :-) too good! but, back to bread, I absolutely loved this loaf, and hopefully will have time to try it this weekend - will report back for sure. the crumb is lovely, I am surprised by how much development you got with this type of flour, no wonder you are a pro!
