Oh, good one, Cumin! I was thinking about making the dough tomorrow night and then baking after work on Thursday, so that answers that question for me, too. I do love milder ryes without any caraway, and can't wait to try this one with pickle juice. Any kind of rye sandwich with sauerkraut and loads of yellow mustard is just about enough to send me into the stratosphere. Heck, even a sliced hotdog is good that way.
