I made this cake today. OMG! It is so good! Waiting for my husband to have some of it because I just want to eat the whole cake. It is that good. 'Tis the season, Joann - the season when we all end up with more apples than we know what to do with. NOW we know what to do with them, right? Glad you're enjoying the cake! PJH
