I've used Nordicware molds for decades & I find using a pastry brush to spread Wilton Cake Ease in the mold, then dust with flour works best for me. And then the flour will show if I missed any spots, to re-apply the CakeEase. However, this mold isn't too deep so I'm now encouraged to try the flour spray; would certainly be quicker.
