Those are quite cute. I was wondering whether you tried one of the cooking sprays with the flour already in it. If you did, how well did it turn out? I'm pretty lazy about greasing and flouring my cake pans these days. I keep three different cans of cooking spray in my kitchen (original, olive oil and for baking). We don't have the flour spray here, so I haven't tried it. I think it would work, the principle is the same. I'm pretty lazy about the greasing/flouring myself, but in this case, it really did make a difference in the outcome. ~ MaryJane
