Canadian Thanksgiving is the second Monday in October. I would love to have a few of these put away in the freezer in advance. Would it be best to freeze before or after baking? Any other hints to maintain the best quality possible? I love your products, your recipes and this blog! Pumpkin scones might appear on our Thanksgiving table also.
