I made today..my husband says he would like to have them as crepes next time with some lemon curd and blueberries..maybe some coconut whip cream(I am dairy free)..I used coconut milk and coconut nectar sugar to replace the refined sugar. If we were making crepes I would just thin out with more milk..start with 1/4 cup probably. Tasty:)
