Wow--this recipe really brings back memories from my childhood! My mother used to make cinnamon rolls in muffin pans when I was a little girl and she let me "help" her. She rolled out the dough and let me add dots of butter, sprinkle with brown sugar, raisins, nuts, and cinnamon. She rolled them up, cut them, and baked them in muffin pans.
