I have an enameled cast iron dutch oven. Do you think that would work for pizza? it's awfully deep, so getting the pizza out would be a pain, but I can't afford to buy a new cast iron pan at the moment. I think it would work just fine. I've made pizza in my 4" deep cast iron dutch oven. It is a bit harder to get out, but still comes out beautifully. ~ MaryJane
