I'm a frequent pizza maker, but have never tried it in cast iron. Sounds like a great way to get that crispy crust that can be elusive in a home oven. Hi Woozie, We make pizza once a week at our house, and the cast iron version is a real favorite. Let us know what you think! ~ MaryJane
