Hi Patti, yes, you could certainly substitute our Unbleached All-Purpose flour for the White Whole Wheat flour called for in this recipe. When doing so, you may find that you need a little less liquid to bring the dough together, so start with the lower amount of water in the recipe and add as necessary to develop a fairly stiff dough.
