Hi - I was a huge fan of Dr. Kracker and was so sad when they went out of business so am really interested in trying out the KAF recipe. Since I have several sourdough starters on hand, I'm wondering if I can use one of them rather than yeast in this recipe? If so, how much starter would you use and how would that affect the amount of flour? Thanks!
