I tried making these and they didn't come out crunchy. Even after putting them back in the oven for another twenty minutes. Although maybe it was because I tried the cheddar pumpkin seed variation... Any suggestions? If the dough is not rolled thin enough, they will not become "crack"ers. Try rolling them thinner next time, Felecia. Elisabeth
