Elle, if you'd like to use a standard 8 1/2" by 4 1/2" loaf pan to bake your brioche, use this recipe here and divide it in half. (It makes two standard loaves.) The dough should become quite puffy during the second rise and it should rise about 1" over the side of the loaf pan in the very center. Happy baking!
