Lois, I don't feel confident you could bake this loaf right in the Virtuoso (PAC20) by using any of the pre-programmed settings; it requires a long rise. That said, you might try the homemade menu, programming in both the maximum kneading times, and rising times, followed by probably a 70 minute bake. That would be my best guess. I'd put all of the ingredients, including butter, into the bucket at once; and I'd knead in the raisins at the end of the final rise, at the same time you take out the paddles.
