Rachel, if you have a programmable machine, give it the longest kneading and rising times you possibly can. No guarantees, but that would be your best bet. If you can't program, you could simply try it in your machine on the whole wheat setting and see what happens... then at least you wouldn't be wondering anymore, it'll either work (yay!) or flop (whoops). :) PJH
