I'll have to give these a try. My from scratch pancakes (doesn't matter what the recipe is) NEVER come out. There is always some problem and I keep falling back to Bisquick (yuck)... The only good thing I can say about them is that they do hold the maple syrup well... ;-) Mike, do give these a try. I think they'll beat Bisquick, anyway! :) PJH
