PJ, you just made my mouth water. I can't possibly make these today when there's no one home to eat them with me.. but oh man. This is happening at the weekend. And you're right about always searching for the perfect recipe. I have yet to find it. Maybe this is the one. Rainy Monday here - I could use some nice, buttery pancakes right about now!
