A funny thing happened this week when I made this favorite recipe. I’ve made this numerous times before without this happening. All the blueberries sunk to the bottom of the pan. What would have caused this? The only thing I can think of is that (fresh) blueberries were too wet from my rinsing them before adding to the top.
