I realize this was published in 2016, but I just saw it today (2021).Question: can I use the baking monk/stevia sugar substitute successfully in the body of the cake, and use regular granulated sugar with cinnamon for the topping. Or will the monk/stevia be too much of a change in taste? Thank you.
