Made this yesterday and it was delicious! I used ricotta and substituted Greek yogurt for the sour cream. I also added a cinnamon streusel topping after 20 minutes of baking. There was a small amount of oozing from my springform pan. My two neighbor taste testers liked the lightness of this cake. Great as a dessert, so not only a breakfast cake.
