I'm giving this whirl in a springform (I think mine is 9in) and after 25 minutes of bake time it's still doing well. I still have quite a bit of time to go, but so far...no ooozing. I added Fiori di Scicilia and some lemon peel. It smells amazing. I really can't wait to try it. I'm dividing the the cake into four quarters, giving three quarter piece to my various neighbors and saving one quarter for me and my husband (and he'll only have a little piece, so it's mostly just for me).
