Could I use cream cheese instead of ricotta or cottage cheese?? If so how would I substitute it, how much would I use?? Thanks. This recipe looks amazing and yummy. I believe this substitution would make the cake too heavy and dense. The texture would be changed. If you try it, let us know how it goes. Elisabeth
