Would this work with whole wheat flour? It seems more like a cheese cake than a coffee cake. Haven't tried it with whole wheat; I'm thinking it might be too dense. It's somewhere between cheesecake and soufflé, I'd say; not nearly as dense as cheesecake, but not as light as a soufflé, either. PJH
