Can I make this as cupcakes? My oven is very finnicky and I don't trust it with such a delicious cake although it seems OK to make cupcakes. I've made this cake several times but was hoping to modify and make cupcakes instead. If so, please let me know the best time and if I need to modify the temp. Thanks!
