Is there a secret to dividing the batter evenly between two pans? I would love to know if there is a better way than eyeballing the level. Using a scale is the best way to know how much to put in each pan. Weigh the batter, then divide it accordingly, whether it be 2, 3, or more pans! ~Jessica
