Hi Marcia! You're welcome to experiment with baking this recipe as a loaf! If used in a loaf pan as written, it'll make for a fairly flat loaf so we'd recommend making 1 1/2 times the recipe. We'd recommend baking it at 375°F for about 30 to 40 minutes or until a tester comes out clean. You might also like to check out our Easy Whole Wheat Apple-Raisin Bread recipe.
