Ok since i've been to Vermont a few years ago i've been searching for a cider doughnut recipe like the ones we had at Cold Hollow Cider Mill. Are these similar to them...besides the fact that these are baked instead of fried? Also, I don't have any of the hi-mazie flour so what could I use instead or should I just leave it out? Thanks KAF your recipes always look sooooooo good. :) Not sure how close these are to those at Cold Hollow, these are pretty tasty. If you don't have hi-maize, use and equal amount of All-Purpose flour as a substitute. Frank @ KAF.
