How do you think these would be if I made them the night before? I'm not an early riser and these would be more delicious if I could just wake up to them! Yes, that would be nice, wouldn't it? Your best bet would be to make the doughnuts the night before and dip them the next morning especially if there was humidity in the forecast. You see, I am not so sure how the glaze will hold up if you were to do these too far in advance unless you are in a drier climate. Give it a try, though.
