Does the frittata freeze well? Just wondering about making a few to eat later in the fall. thanks for your help We don't recommend freezing egg dishes that use eggs as the main ingredient. It may be better to freeze the processed zucchini, draining it well before using it in baking or cooking. Happy Baking! Irene@KAF
