Is this recipe able to be frozen? Would you bread them and freeze individually or bake first, then freeze? They are awesome it would be great to have year round. Unfortunately zucchini becomes very soggy after freezing. The good news is that zucchini is becoming easier to find in the grocery store for more months of the year. ~ MJ
