These were delish! Thanks for a great recipe. We love zucchini and actually eat it all the time, but this was a great new way to munch on it! I didn't make the sauce but I will definitely make it next time. YUM! Glad to hear these were a hit, Corina - and definitely try the sauce sometime, it's a nice complement. PJH
